Actually, it’s no secret at all: our approach is based on close collaboration with the designer. If you want to talk directly to our suppliers, that’s absolutely fine with us. Or if you prefer to leave the sourcing to us, we promise we’ll respect your wishes: no substitutes (unless approved by you), and everything arriving on time, ready for planting.
Understanding your vision
Ask a bunch of leading garden designers to name their biggest gripe against landscape contractors, and guess what they say? Well, no need to guess, actually, because we’ve done a small survey of our own and we can tell you that what really upsets talented designers is contractors who don’t follow the plan – whether that’s because they don’t understand it, can’t be bothered to study it closely, or want to cut corners.
